1. Introduction

Welcome to TurkeyCoach. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of our website, services, and any products or services offered by TurkeyCoach (collectively, the "Services"). TurkeyCoach provides business coaching services for small and medium business owners in Turkey. Our mission is to help entrepreneurs develop their businesses through personalized coaching, strategic planning, and professional development.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use our Services. By using our Services, you represent and warrant that you have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms. If you are using our Services on behalf of a business entity, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to bind that entity to these Terms.

3. Service Description

TurkeyCoach provides business coaching services, which may include but are not limited to:

• Strategic business planning
• Leadership development
• Market expansion coaching
• Financial optimization
• Digital transformation guidance
• Crisis management and resilience training

The specific services provided will be outlined in your coaching agreement. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of our Services at any time.

4. User Accounts

Some of our Services may require you to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information, including your password. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account. We reserve the right to close your account at any time for any reason.

You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update such information to keep it accurate, current, and complete.

5. Fees and Payment

The fees for our Services will be as agreed upon in your coaching agreement. All fees are quoted in the currency specified in your agreement and are exclusive of applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.

Payment terms are as specified in your coaching agreement. We reserve the right to change our fees upon reasonable notice. If you fail to pay any fees when due, we may suspend or terminate your access to the Services.

6. Cancellation and Refund Policy

Our cancellation and refund policy will be as outlined in your coaching agreement. In general, if you cancel a scheduled coaching session with less than 24 hours' notice, you may be charged the full fee for that session.

Refunds for prepaid services may be available in certain circumstances, as specified in your coaching agreement. All refund requests must be made in writing to our contact email address.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on our website, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, button icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads, data compilations, and software, is the property of TurkeyCoach or its content suppliers and is protected by international copyright laws.

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the content on our website for personal and non-commercial purposes. You may not modify, copy, distribute, transmit, display, perform, reproduce, publish, license, create derivative works from, transfer, or sell any content obtained from our website without our prior written consent.

8. Confidentiality

We understand the importance of confidentiality in the coaching relationship. We will treat all information shared during coaching sessions as confidential, except as required by law or as necessary to provide the Services.

You agree to keep confidential any proprietary information shared by TurkeyCoach during the provision of the Services, including but not limited to coaching methodologies, materials, and tools.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, TurkeyCoach shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (i) your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Services; (ii) any conduct or content of any third party on the Services; (iii) any content obtained from the Services; and (iv) unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content, whether based on warranty, contract, tort (including negligence), or any other legal theory, whether or not we have been informed of the possibility of such damage.

10. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless TurkeyCoach, its affiliates, licensors, and service providers, and its and their respective officers, directors, employees, contractors, agents, licensors, suppliers, successors, and assigns from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, judgments, awards, losses, costs, expenses, or fees (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or relating to your violation of these Terms or your use of the Services.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Turkey. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Izmir, Turkey.
